National Tree Company is committed to your satisfaction, offering a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that seasonal items must be returned prior to the holiday date to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping carton, ensuring all lights, stands, and decorative accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned greenery for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
